Josh Henry's practice is devoted primarily to commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and securities law. He regularly counsels clients on intellectual property transactions; negotiates and drafts rights transfers for software, patents and literary rights; and advises producers, content creators and artists on the legal aspects of live entertainment, film and television production.
A professional writer, director and producer before beginning his career in law, Josh continues to consult non-profit organizations, assisting in the organization, marketing and promotion of programs of emphasis and national events.
A native of McComb, Josh earned a B.A. from the University of Mississippi and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
