Russell Latino focuses his practice in the fields of complex commercial litigation and insurance defense.

A recent inductee into the Order of Barristers, Russ joined Wells Marble & Hurst after graduating with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006. While there he served on the Mississippi Law Journal, was elected Chairman of the Moot Court Board, won the Steen Reynolds & Dalehite Trial Advocacy Competition, was a finalist in the Southeast Regional of the T.Y.L.A. National Trial Competition, and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts, among other honors and recognitions. Prior to attending law school, Russ was a Dean's List scholar at Tulane University, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and History.

Outside of the office and courtroom, Russ spends his free time with his wife, Ann Harlan, is an avid Ole Miss athletics supporter, and is actively involved in his community.
