Shanda M. Yates

Shanda Yates practices in the areas of premises liability and life, health, and disability insurance defense litigation. She is an active member of various organizations including the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, where she currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of MDLA Quarterly, a journal in which she has also been published.

Shanda earned a B.A. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as the Case Note/Comment Editor of the Law Review.
