Our estate and trust services give clients and their family members peace of mind in elder law planning for disability as well as administering and settling estates, preparation of estate tax returns, business succession and tax planning to meet our clients' individual objectives.
Our probate, estate and trust administration practice includes representation of executors, trustees and guardians. We also have vast experience in probate litigation, will contests, guardianships, conservatorships and general probate matters. In our estate administration practice we assist executors through the probate process of transferring assets from the decedent to his or her beneficiaries, whether in a small or large, complex estate. In addition, in complex estate matters our services include the preparation of the estate plan and consideration of port-mortem estate planning, such as disclaimers, special use valuation and the payment of estate taxes in installments for certain closely held business owners.
